Guidelines for GivingTide Logo Usage & Brand
I. Permission to Use the Logo
Any nation, corporation, or foundation that has signed the tide and joined the Givingtide movement is permitted and encouraged to use the Givingtide logo on its website and Information and Communications Technology (ICT) materials to indicate its commitment to global impact and the eradication of poverty.
Download: Official logos (full or brief version, white or transparent background) are available below.
Other Uses: Any other usage (e.g., printed materials, merchandise, or for non-signatories), requires ↓↑G l’s written permission. Send an email to info@givingtide.org describing the intended usage and accompanying copy.
II. Rules and Restrictions for Use
With express permission from ↓↑GI, you may use our brand assets within the approved scope, subject to these rules:

| Reference | Placing ogo on your “About Us” page to show your commitment. | Placing the logo on a website of a company that has not signed the tide. |
| No Modification | Must be used exactly as provided. | Do not distort, alter elements or colours (e.g., creating a red logo). |
| No Endorsement/Linking | Using the logo in reference to your commitment. | Placing the logo next to your program name (e.g., “Givingtide Impact Summit”). Do not link the logo to any site outside the Givingtide domain. |
| Merchandise/Goods | Printing the logo on a t-shirt tag in addition to your own logo. | Printing t-shirts with only the Givingtide logo for commercial sale or display. |
| Lawful Use | Use in approved and relevant contexts. | Display on content that promotes pornography, gambling, or the sale of tobacco, alcohol, or firearms, or whose content violates the law. |
Note: Givingtide may require you to stop using our brand assets if your use falls outside these rules or the scope of any permission given.
